How We Give Back
This is why we started.
Before Pali Coffee Co. ever existed, I was just someone who loved coffee.
I used to spend hours researching different roasters and trying new beans — not just for taste, but for the stories behind them.
I noticed a lot of brands using their platform to support causes: dog rescues, veterans, mental health, the environment.
And while all of those are worthy — I kept wondering:
Why hasn’t anyone done this for Palestine?
That question became a mission.
Pali Coffee Co. started from a simple place: I love coffee — and I love Palestine.
I wanted to create something that brought those two parts of me together.
Something meaningful. Something you could hold, brew, and share — because it stands for something deeper.
Giving back isn’t a one-time campaign for us — it’s built into everything we do.
From the beginning, we committed to giving 20% of profits to support Palestinian families and children — not just when headlines break, but all year long.
Who We Support
-
Heal Palestine is a grassroots organization providing urgent relief to Palestinian families in Gaza. Their work includes distributing food, hygiene kits, medical supplies, and supporting long-term recovery for those affected by war and displacement.
-
PCRF provides life-saving medical care to Palestinian children in need. From surgeries to cancer treatment to trauma therapy, PCRF works on the ground to help kids in Gaza, the West Bank, and refugee camps access care they wouldn’t otherwise receive.
Transparency is important to us.
We’re still a small business, but our intentions are big.
Every purpose-driven company starts somewhere — and this is just the beginning.
With our vision and your support, we know we’ll grow — not just as a coffee brand, but as a voice. Our goal isn’t just to build a successful company. It’s to keep Palestine in the conversation, to preserve its stories, and to give back in ways that truly matter.
We’ll be sharing a donation record soon so you can see exactly where the funds go and who they support. Receipts and documentation are on the way.
Thank you for your support,— Emad, Founder of Pali Coffee Co.
