I tried the Jerusalem Blend and it is solid. The flavor profile is nice and it has a pretty good body. It’s a little bit darker roast than I usually go for, but I do like it. My one complaint is that there is a decent amount of chaff and some smaller pieces of cracked beans, which may be due to slight over-roasting. Overall a good blend though!

I am a dark-roast lover But Jerusalem blend is a bit too dark. It would be good in Turkish coffee and benefited from the addition of cardamom.
