Al‑Khalil
Al‑Khalil is a city where history is lived, not displayed. Its Old City streets, stone homes, and markets have carried generations of Palestinian families, traders, and artisans for centuries. Known for its glassmaking, grape harvests, and deep ancestral roots, Al-Khalil reflects continuity in the face of constant change.
At its heart stands the Ibrahim Mosque, a site sacred for thousands of years, anchoring the city in faith, lineage, and remembrance. Life in Al-Khalil has always moved with quiet strength. Work is passed down through families. Hospitality is steady and unshowy. Sweetness is present, but never excessive.
This vanilla blend draws from that spirit. The medium roast provides structure and depth, while vanilla adds warmth rather than indulgence. It is a cup meant to ground you, not rush you. Familiar, steady, and enduring.
A flavored blend inspired by a city built on ancestry, craft, and the quiet persistence of Palestinian life.

The smell by itself is enough to give it 5 stars. Love using these in my lattes!
Coffee and vanilla always go well together. The vanilla in this is distinct and cozy, without overpowering the coffee. So good!
A downstairs neighbor said,"I'm trying to figure out what the smell around here is, have you been smelling it?"
Puzzled, I asked "Bad smell?" They said "No! GOOD SMELL !" "Ah," I said, "Must be my special Palestinian coffee, they make it flavored like traditional desserts with butter and sweet spices... AND the company donates a chunk of its sales to Palestinian causes - they really make the best coffee, they ship from New Jersey." "Ah," my neighbor grinned with solidarity and replied, "Of course they do!!!"
I cannot decide my favorite flavor, Al Khalil is amazing, so is Haifa Harissa, and so is Besan Baklava - so I order a mix of some kind, 4 bags w/ free shipping - a customer for life!
Al Khalil and Gaza great! Sometimes flavored coffees can taste weird, but these are really good, both in a drip coffee pot and espresso machine.
The first time I tried this coffee was at my brother and sister-in-law’s home and it was so delicious! I ordered it while I was visiting so it would arrive by the time I got back home! Never buying coffee from anywhere else again. Definitely a repeat customer!
