This fine blend of 3 different coffees is roasted to a deep color while maintaining excellent body and a sweet finish. It is roasted with indirect heat which allows the deep roast flavor with syrupy dark cherry finishes with a hint of mustiness.

Delicious taste but not very strong. But I enjoyed the Jerusalem blend at work while the Haifa harissa blend was my go to at home . Another plus that it is not acidic . My partner is sensitive to coffee but these blends did not cause him stomach upset. I would definitely buy again. Tastes great.

Delicious, smooth coffee for a good cause

I originally found Pali Coffee Company at a street festival, when I purchased the ground Tulkarm blend. Recently, I switched from working from home to commuting, and decided to try Jerusalem-blend K-cups for my morning routine. These K-cups give me convenient, quality coffee with a smooth, robust flavor when I don't have time for my pour overs and French press. Now my only problem is that I want them on my non-commuting days! I love that Pali Coffee Co is local, so I don't produce a large carbon footprint to receive my K-cups, and I can shop my values by supporting a Palestinian-owned company. I also love the Jenin pumpkin spice coffee, which I recommend to the autumn beverage fans that need an ethical alternative. Love this coffee and will continue subscribing.
