I get this roast monthly and it never gets old, it’s my favorite roast and I look forward to my cup of coffee every morning.

My partner and I live in rural Montana, so imagine my excitement when I not only sourced a great online beanery, but a Palestinian one at that! We currently use the Tulkarm Blend for making espresso, and we used Tabariya Blend for making cold brew concentrate. The beans are incredible! Tulkarm blend notes are spot on. Very smooth and balanced. Tastes GREAT in all forms: espresso, drip, pour-over. Can’t wait to try more blends! Also LOVED the hand-written note that came with the coffee! :)

We only have two coffee drinkers in the house, but it goes fast. We’re loving the large bag and balanced flavor. It’s not too acidic and doesn’t taste like genocide, so that’s always nice.
