My partner and I live in rural Montana, so imagine my excitement when I not only sourced a great online beanery, but a Palestinian one at that! We currently use the Tulkarm Blend for making espresso, and we used Tabariya Blend for making cold brew concentrate. The beans are incredible! Tulkarm blend notes are spot on. Very smooth and balanced. Tastes GREAT in all forms: espresso, drip, pour-over. Can’t wait to try more blends! Also LOVED the hand-written note that came with the coffee! :)

We only have two coffee drinkers in the house, but it goes fast. We’re loving the large bag and balanced flavor. It’s not too acidic and doesn’t taste like genocide, so that’s always nice.

I recently ordered this coffee for the first time and have really been loving it. It’s especially good when it’s in the Palestine mug I ordered as well :)

1. The Tulkarm is a very aromatic medium blend. The lovely smell fills the kitchen when coffee is made.
2. The first batch I ordered was absolutely perfect. However, the second and third batches I ordered, the coffee is not ground quite fine enough even though I chose the same option for auto-drip. I think for auto-drip, finer is better.
3. For the bulk 5-pound order, it would be great to have the option to choose 5 1-pound bags instead of a giant 5-pound bag, maybe for a small extra charge.

Love this coffee and love the company. The fact I live in Portland, OR and keep ordering the Coffee from New Jersey, says all. I recommend this company for anyone who appreciates a good coffee. :-)
