Your medium roast is a little bit on the dark side, close to a French roast. Otherwise the coffee is good, but I prefer a more lighter roast than I received

The Palestinian Coffee Company had the best Coffee hands down! Usually when you want something more tasty you have to buy flavored Coffee but Palestinian Coffee roasts are already flavorful. My favorite is the Tulkarm blend.
